We have a variety of cleaning chemicals from Dawn Detergent to industrial agents that we buy from our distributor, The point is this - we use the agent we need to optimally clean the surface. These chemicals are environmentally safe and will not harm your home, business or the surrounding plant life.
Hot Water Cleaning: Hot water accelerates the enzymatic chemical reaction enhancing the effectiveness of the cleaning agent or detergent, Wash half of your dinner dishes with cold water then wash the other half with hot water... you will see what I mean! We will clean with our "HotBox" when the project warrants it.
Surface Cleaning: We have a surface cleaner that is specifically designed to clean certain flat surfaces such as concrete, sidewalks or blacktop. It "floats" across the surface similar to the actions of a floor buffer producing excellent results.
Soft Scrub Cleaning: The Soft Scrub Rinse Away System is a soft pressure cleaning system which uses chemicals and powered soft bristle brushes to clean away dirt, dust, mildew and most stains. Chemically cleaning your home helps to keep it looking cleaner longer, because chemicals clean the mildew and fungus which grow on the exterior. Soft pressure cleaning is also recommended for some exterior sidings.
High Pressure Cleaning: The use of high pressure is appropriate to clean certain surfaces and projects. We have the resources and experience to employ this tool and avoid causing damage to the surface. High pressure can and will damage property if not carefully and appropriately managed.
Hand Washing: Yes, we will employ the old fashioned elbow grease technique when needed. For severe stains and soiling we will hand scrub the area to attempt to get optimal results.
