Will the chemicals damage my shrubs and flowers?

No, The detergents that we use for cleaning is environmentally safe.

When will the job be done if I accept the bid?

Our goal is to complete all projects within 30 days of your acceptance of the bid. However, we have customers that are scheduled for annual cleaning and home maintenance  each year. These commitments as will severely inclement weather may delay your project start date. We will tell you when you accept the bid if we anticipate any delays in project completion.

Will the high pressure from the power washer damage my siding or landscaping ?

We rely on our chemicals to perform the majority of the cleaning, not the pressure from the power washer. We own commercial pressure washers that allow us to increase or decrease the nozzle pressure to best meet the needs of the cleaning project at hand.

Will the pressure washer remove paint on my house or siding ?

We use the minimum pressure needed to clean the soiled area. Loose or peeling paint will inadvertently be removed from the cleaning process. We routinely clean wooden surfaces and seldom  experience any paint loss,  but it can happen.

Is there a payment plan or terms available for work that is to be done ?

Established customers with an account in good standing are billed for work done with the balance due with in 30 days of project completion.

New Clients may be required to provide a deposit prior to the start of work, with the balance due upon job completion.

Payment Terms other than the above must be agreed to in writing by the client and PWS prior to the start of work.

Do you collect sales tax ?

Yes, we are required by law to collect sales tax for services rendered.

What payment types do you accept, ie.credit cards ?

We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Full payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements are made prior to the project cleaning. Ask if you qualify for our easy pay payment terms.
